Contract awarded for another fully automatic packaging line – successful partnership continues
We are delighted to have secured another important order: a leading German manufacturer in the food and supplement sector has now awarded us its third contract, following two successfully completed systems.
The new fully automatic packaging line is specially designed for three different packaging formats and achieves an output of 320 granule sachets (4 lanes). The system handles the entire automated process:
• Packaging of several pre-grouped granule sachets into the folding carton
• Processing of three packaging formats: small single sachets, medium portion packs, and larger multipacks
• Downstream grouping of the folding cartons
• Robot-controlled insertion of the folding cartons into the outer carton
• Final palletizing of the outer cartons
