    Operation Method

    Traypacker

    1. Tray blanks are driven in a magazine
    2. Blanks are removed from the magazine, and inserted into the
      Conveyor chain. Here, the side flaps are folded
    3. The stabilizing tabs opposite the insertion side are
      folded
    4. The cartons is then pushed into the pre-folded tray
    5. The grouped boxes are now in the appropriate tray
    6. The stabilizing tabs on the insertion side are folded and
      the hot glue is applied
    7. Both cross-tabs are  folded and applied by the
      glue
