Method of operation

The HK 6 cartoning machine parcels products in the medium rage of performance, approx. 200 cartons/min,  in pre glued folding. With less machinestrokes/min. cartons can be inserted intermittently instead of continuously.

By use of a rotary feeder, the folding box is deposited in the running direction into the folding box chain.


The erected folding box and the product move parallel.
During the throughput, over travelling slides transport the product continuously and therefore very gentle into the folding box.

The folding box closing is realised with the aid of hot melt or push fit clasps.
This occurrence is supported through powered proof pressure strips.
