A successful start to fiscal year 2012 ( 18.04.12 )
The Carpentier Packaging GmbH looks back on a successful first quarter. The order backlog during this period increased up to approximately 3.1 million €. Thanks to the good order situation it was possible to expand the core team to 23 employees.
Beginning of April 2012 the first three-head-Cartoner of generation HSA/60/V5 with servo technology was delivered. After the first weeks of operation, the advantages of this machine compared to conventional erectors have become clear.
Among the current projects there is a top load line for an output of 150 cartons / minute with the latest Cartoner-generation with a four-head version, a high performance cliosing machine , an ABB Flex Picker for aligning, two ABB multi-axis robots and an automatic final packaging of large consumer-cartons and a top-load solution for retail packaging, combined with the appropriate materials handling.
Another highlight of our orders is a high-speed cartoner for frozen products. The performance of the system amounts to 4.5 t / h
In addition to the expansion of the business with existing customers, the internationalization is a priority. From now on, Carpentier Packaging is represented by the CGrain Technology Company Limited in Thailand. Start off for the market entry will be the participation in the exhibition ProPak Asia 2012 in Bangkok ,beginning on the 13th of June and ending on the 16th of June this year.
