After leaving f.e. a froster, the product is transported on the modular conveyor with metal detector. In case the equipment detects metal, the product is ejected by the discharging flap. If no metal is present, the product continues on the conveyor.
During the rincing process (conveyor), the metal detector and the discharging flap are not in operation.
