Icing wire belt conveyor
The icing wire belt conveyor is used to ice (moisten) frozen food f. e. frozen fisch filets.

Method of operation

The product is transported by the wire belt. At the moistening apparatus, consisting of
nozzles at the bottom and the top of the equipment, the product is moistened. The blow-off
station guarantees that no leftover liquid remains on the product.
