Method of operation
The double-lane distributor 1:2 continuously distributes products f. e. folding boxes of different designs and dimensions from a single-lane to a double-lane conveyor. This distributor is suited to be placed before packers (f. e. traypacker) or frosters.
The product is transferred by the belt conveyor. A traverse motion of the conveyor happens by means of a pneumatic cylinder. So depending the demand, the product is distributed to the two succeeding conveyors. During swiveling the product gently is stopped on the belt.
